Can I add multiple companies/users to my account?

Yes, if you have an account with Seeh, it is possible to add multiple companies and users to your account. To do this, please contact one of our service staff at service@seeh.nl or feel free to call us on +31 (0) 85 06 53 056 and we'll be happy to help you arrange this quickly and easily.

How do I delete an order?

We can remove an order form for you. To do this, please contact one of our service staff at service@seeh.nl or call us at +31 (0) 85 06 53 056. We ensure that it is arranged immediately.

How do I create a favorite?

To create a favorite, first log into Seeh's order portal with your username and password. Next, find the product for which you want to create an order form. Click on the product to go to the details page, where you can find all product specifications and options. Once you have completed all the options, you can save your order as a favorite in the last step. The next time you order, you can easily select your favorite so you don't have to assemble the product over and over again. All you have to do is fill in your employee's details.

How do I change a favorite?

You can change a favorite by deleting the current one and creating a new one. Go to your favorites list and click the trash can icon next to the favorite you want to delete. You can then follow the steps to create a new favorite, as described above. This way, your favorite list always stays up to date with your most used products.

Can I see when otoplastics need to be checked on the portal?

Yes, when you log into Seeh's order portal, you can see which employees need to have their otoplastics checked under the heading “Otoplasty maintenance”. This helps you to always stay up to date when maintenance is needed.

How do I set up an amount arrangement?

To set up an amount arrangement, please contact us. We are happy to help you with the right settings. You can reach us via service@seeh.nl or call us at +31 (0) 85 06 53 056. We ensure that everything is set up as you wish.
