Put on and take off otoplastics
Preparation
Grab the otoplasty between your index finger and thumb.
The left otoplasty is marked with blue text and the letter “L”, while the right otoplasty has a red text with the letter “R”.
Make sure that the text “Alpine” points forward.
Insertion
Place the otoplasty with the text facing the tragus into your ear canal.
For ear canals with a kink, it can help to pull the auricle away from your head with your other hand.
Push the otoplasty into your ear gently and gently to prevent discomfort.
Check
If the otoplasty is in place, it fits seamlessly. This ensures optimal protection and comfort.
removing
Use the mini grip to remove the otoplasty.
If you don't have a mini grip, you can create space by making an upward movement with your index finger between the jaw's attachment muscle and the earlobe to allow air to come in between.
